Using liquid Castile soap is ecological, efficient, versatile and affordable!

Liquid Castile soap is a soap made from a plant-base oil. It is a concentrated natural soap, biodegradable, vegan, not tested on animals, and often local.

Liquid Castile soap can be used to clean just about anything! From the floors of your home to your pet and your baby’s hair. It’s truly an all-purpose cleaner.

This concentrated soap is ideal for camping or at the cottage because it is biodegradable and can be used for both the shower and washing dishes.

Discover our 7 common ways to use liquid Castile soap:

1- Cleaning the fruits and vegetables

Castile soap is ideal for washing fruits and vegetables. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) to a sink filled with water. Put the fruits and vegetables in it, let soak and then rinse.

2- Using liquid Castile soap to wash your body and hands

In order to create your body and hand cleanser, simply:

  • Mix 1/2 cup of Castile soap with 1/2 cup of water.
  • Pour this solution into a container with a foam pump.
  • Use to wash your hands and body.

3- Washing dishes with liquid Castile soap

To wash dishes, simply add 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30ml) to your hot dish water.

4- Cleaning the walls and floors of the house

6- Liquid Castile soap for carpet cleaning

Use concentrated Castile soap in the carpet washing machine, it works wonders!

7- Washing your pet

Since Castile soap is biodegradable, it is the perfect soap for washing the dog outside on a sunny day! Since Castile soap is concentrated, simply use a small amount on the wet coat, rub and rinse.

Note: Avoid mixing Castile soap with household vinegar. Indeed, the alkaline nature of the soap reacts with the acid of the vinegar, and they cancel each other out. The soap therefore regains its original oils.
