You will need:
Add 1 tablespoon of spearmint leaves in a small amount of boiling water and let sit for about ten minutes.
In a large bowl or foot bath, add the essential oils to the Epsom salt and mix well.
Pour in the maceration of mint leaves and fill with lukewarm / hot water (ideally around 35 Celsius degrees).
Set your feet in it for ten minutes then dry. Guaranteed relaxing and refreshing effect!
