Return and refund policy


It is possible to return products or get a refund of your purchase under certains conditions* 30days after the original purchase date.




Please contact our customer service as quickly as possible at 450-732-1827 for all order cancellation made on our Vert Essentiel online shop. If your order was already sent, please refer to the return section for more details.




To be elligible for a return, your product has to be intact, unused and in the same condition as when received. It also has to be in its original packaging.

To perform a return, you have to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the suppliers.

The product you wish to return as well as the reason you wish to return it.



As soon as we receive and approved the return product, you will receive an e-mail to inform you of our decision concerning your refund request. This process can take up to 5 business days.
If your refund request is accepted, a refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically performed on your credit card or your original payment method in a maximum of 3 business days. The amount credited will be the original amount of your purchase includign taxes but not the initial shipping amount.




If you did not receive your refund, please consult your bank account or credit card statement again.
Then, contact the credit card company because thye could be responsible of a delay in your refund.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a necessary delay before a refund is processed.

Only products at regular prices can be refund. Unfortunately, all products on sale cannot be refund.



We replace a product only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to excahnge your product with the same one, please contact us by e-mail at or call our customer service at 450-732-1827. We will then explain the procedure.



If a product was received as a gift, please contact the person who gave it to you so we can perform the refund with the original buyer. Consult the return and refund policy.

To return a product, please present yourself in person with the defective product or ship it by mail at 980 Saint-Charles suite 100, Vaudreuil-Dorion, QC, J7V8P5, Canada.

You will have to pay your own shipping fees to return your product. The shipping fees are not refundable. If you get a refund, the shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the necessary delay to receive your excahnge product can vary.

If you ship products with a value of more than $75, we suggest to use a shipping service with a tracking system or to subscribe to a shipping insurance. We are not responsable of products that will never be delivered to us.



  • For hygiene reasons, all products purchased from the body section cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For logistic and sanitary reasons, gift cards, DIY kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any product that is not in its original state, that is not sealed anymore or that is damaged or is missing some pieces for reasons that are not related to us.
  • Any product returned 30 after delivery.
