Shipping policy



Details on shipping costs:


  • Flat fee of $10.00 for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario.
  • Flat fee of 20,00$ for other Canadian provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia).
  • Flat fee of 30,00$ for remote areas of Canada (Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon).
  • Delivery times are relative to geographical areas. We will contact you if your geographic area is excluded. 


All orders will be delivered by Canada Post or other carrier from our distribution center located in Vaudreuil-Dorion.


The estimated delivery date will be confirmed by email when we ship your package. 

For all destinations a surcharge may be added to the delivery fee for goods with higher weights and/or dimensions. You will of course be inform before the shipping occurs. 


It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct shipping address. In case of error, please contact our customer service at 450-732-1827 or by email at with the correct information. In the event of delivery to an incorrect address, unclaimed or refused packages, Vert Essentiel is released from any obligation to provide a full refund. Shipping costs incurred may be retained.


Orders are processed only on business days, Monday or Friday, excluding holidays.   Delivery time is based on our normal business volume.   Our order processing time is 3-6 business days.    

Free shipping terms and conditions


  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more is valid for the provinces of Quebec and Ontario only.
  • Shipped orders must reach $100 before taxes for free shipping.
    Shipping is also free for all orders shipped to our store at 980 St-Charles Avenue, Vaudreuil-Dorion, J7V 8P5. Pick up of your package can be done during our business hours.
  • No promotional code required. The amount of the delivery will be deducted automatically at the time of the payment.
  • Free shipping includes ground shipping only.
  • Free shipping excludes:
    • The following provinces and regions: Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
    • All addresses in Canada requiring delivery by Omnibus.
  • Vert Essentiel reserves the right to change or terminate the terms and conditions of free delivery at any time


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the United States or internationally at this time.


Unavailable Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to work out a solution. We are unable to make delayed deliveries on backordered items.


Order Cancellation and Modification

We do not accept cancellations or changes if the order has already been processed. Please refer to the return and refund policy.


Tracking the order

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm the shipment, we will also indicate the estimated delivery date.

Damaged item during transport

Vert Essentiel makes sure that the shipping of your purchases is properly done in order to avoid any breakage or alteration of your purchases. If you receive your package in an inadequate condition, please contact customer service immediately at 450-732-1827 or by email at You will be asked to provide a picture of the damaged item in question.


Lost package

If your package seems to be lost, please contact customer service at 450-732-1827, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm, or by email at so that we can make the necessary verifications with the carrier. We ask that you allow 7 business days to locate the package and, if necessary, reship the package at no additional cost.
