All orders will be delivered by Canada Post or other carrier from our distribution center located in Vaudreuil-Dorion.
The estimated delivery date will be confirmed by email when we ship your package.
For all destinations a surcharge may be added to the delivery fee for goods with higher weights and/or dimensions. You will of course be inform before the shipping occurs.
It is the customer's responsibility to indicate the correct shipping address. In case of error, please contact our customer service at 450-732-1827 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct information. In the event of delivery to an incorrect address, unclaimed or refused packages, Vert Essentiel is released from any obligation to provide a full refund. Shipping costs incurred may be retained.
Orders are processed only on business days, Monday or Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery time is based on our normal business volume. Our order processing time is 3-6 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the United States or internationally at this time.
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you to work out a solution. We are unable to make delayed deliveries on backordered items.
We do not accept cancellations or changes if the order has already been processed. Please refer to the return and refund policy.
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm the shipment, we will also indicate the estimated delivery date.
Vert Essentiel makes sure that the shipping of your purchases is properly done in order to avoid any breakage or alteration of your purchases. If you receive your package in an inadequate condition, please contact customer service immediately at 450-732-1827 or by email at email@example.com. You will be asked to provide a picture of the damaged item in question.
If your package seems to be lost, please contact customer service at 450-732-1827, Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make the necessary verifications with the carrier. We ask that you allow 7 business days to locate the package and, if necessary, reship the package at no additional cost.
